A $5,000 cash prize will be awarded in each of the three phases. You can compete in all or any of the phases for the cash prizes assigned to each phase. You do not have to play in every phase to qualify for prizes.

This contest is designed to make the process more fun, more transparent, and more competitive. We want to bring accountability and structure to a space that's often driven by intuition alone.

It's also a way to spotlight real stock-picking skill in the microcap investing community—and reward people who put in the work.

No subscription is required to GeoInvesting, MS Microcaps, or any other service. It’s 100% free to enter, play and collect prizes.
The contest is open to anyone, including investors, analysts, newsletter writers, fund managers, and serious microcap stock pickers.
Winners will be determined based on portfolio performance over the contest period. Detailed scoring methodology, benchmarks, and prize allocation are included in the full contest rules. Performance will be tracked publicly via a live leaderboard.

The 2026 contest spans three conferences: Planet MicroCap (Las Vegas, June 2026), SmallCap Discoveries (Vancouver, September 2026), and LD Micro (Los Angeles, October 2026). Eligible company lists for each conference will be published when registration opens.
